Px-iib550 plastic crushing and cleaning machine
The machine is suitable for crushing and cleaning PE, PP, pet and other medium hardness waste pipes, plates, profiles, PE, PP, PVC, textile bags, polyester and other film, silk waste plastics and rubber and plastic products.
This type of machine is an integrated structure of crushing and cleaning. Crushing and cleaning can be carried out twice at the same time, making full use of the effective space and making the cost-effectiveness ratio more reasonable.
The main car body is welded with double-layer steel plate of exclusive design, which improves the anti fatigue and anti impact capacity of the car body. The adjustable nine blade main shaft ensures the concentricity while reducing the load of the bearing for several weeks. The bottom of the fastening movable screen can be changed reasonably at any time according to the material quality and crushing specifications. The machine is equipped with an automatic car opening device, and no manual car opening is required for knife changing or fastening bolts. (electric or hydraulic unpacking are available)
