The main machine of the unit adopts three-stage forced plasticization, self exhausting screw barrel, and the plastic is broken and cleaned, which can be directly used for extrusion granulation without dehydration. The machine is suitable for PE, PP, pet, film like, silk like hard corner material and other new and old plastics.
The whole set of unit adopts multiple mechanical connection design, without manual feeding, saving 2 / 3 of man hour. The main machine screw material is 38CrMoAl, which is more than 5 times longer than the general 45 # carbon steel screw. It is more convenient to assemble and disassemble the unit with the integrated square box automatic oil cooling reducer to prevent oil and water from seeping back. The stainless steel electromagnetic heating ring has a fast temperature rise and long heat preservation time.
The automatic hydraulic head of the machine can change the mesh quickly without stopping the machine. It can be adjusted at any time according to the different oil pressure of the material quality. The pelletizer can automatically introduce the material strip and adjust the rotation speed to control the material particle size.
